PARKING
- Parking is $28 per bus. If you purchase bus parking on your options form, a pass will be mailed to you with your park tickets.
- Bus driver admission to the park – The bus driver will receive a voucher from the bus parker at the toll plaza and then redeem the voucher at Will Call.

- Music Mill Amphitheater, inside the park
- Equipment truck or van – no students on this vehicle.
- Stage capacity – 150
INSTRUMENT UNLOADING
- Option One – You may enter through the security entrance – The Ranger Station. It is recommended that you put all instruments on this vehicle so that they don’t have to go through the front security. All vehicles must be at the security entrance by 10:30 AM. They will convoy together. Students will still need to enter through the front entrance. Equipment vehicles will exit the park to the parking lot after you finish your performance and have loaded equipment. Fiesta TX accepts vans, trailers and trucks, they will not allow a school bus through security.
- To get to the Ranger Station, you go toward the city bus/taxi drop off lanes. Once on Fiesta Texas Drive (the road that takes you to the city bus/taxi drop off lanes), you will take the last entrance on your right toward the Administration building. The Ranger Station will be on this road.
- Option Two – Bring everything in the front entrance, through security, when you arrive.

EQUIPMENT
- What to bring – one set of original scores and a set up chart
- Provided – Music stands, up to 4 sections of choral risers, director podium, bass drum, up to 4 timpani, electric piano. You must indicate to your site host prior to the event what equipment you need. If media playback is necessary, you must provide a media player and any adapter needed to connect to a 3.5mm stereo male plug/cable. Please bring any other items that you need.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will have 25 minutes to set up,warm up and perform. When you are ready to begin, indicate this to the adjudicator, and he or she will announce your group to the audience. You may play any number of selections that you wish, most groups play two or three pieces. When you finish, the adjudicator will talk to you and the group and give comments. They will then present you with your trophy. The adjudicator will select an “outstanding” section, and those students will be awarded. There are no ratings given, and no written comments.

LOGISTICS
You may warm up in the performance space as part of your 25 minute time slot.
Cases will need to be left on busses, or put on the equipment vehicle parked behind the venue if you use that option.
